Didn’t see any changes in the patch notes. This passive is still too strong. Shouldn’t have to be a vamp to compete in higher tiers of pvp.

DrNukenstein✭✭✭✭✭Maybe because it's not nearly as big of a problem as block healing or free stats, and they recognize that the better solution is to make staying mortal or going WW more appealing. Which they don't have a workable idea for yet.

Was in a similar situation. Refused to go vamp since console release but finally tried it just this past year and wow what a difference in staying alive. Explains why execute skills is almost useless against it and why getting kills on good players is so difficult, especially with high movement speed caked in.1 -
