Template 3600 no longer unlocks all set collection

This change makes it extremely annoying to test anything I don't have collected.
Normally I throw down the transmute station and I summon anything I want using the unlimited transmute stones geode. Now I need to open bags through the armor/jewelry/weapons bag like a giant folder tree along with all the required inventory space this takes up. So I'll have a large amount of storge chests to hunt through if I don't organize this correctly. Also If i delete something I'll need to recreate a new template character to get back to that armor/weapon/jewelry bag.
I cannot stress enough how much more tedious this makes testing things.
