When I buy "Pre-Purchase The Elder Scrolls Online Collection: Gold Road" do I get all the PART TWO's

You know, Deadolands, part two of Skyrim, etc? What about dungeon DLCs for those expansions?
Do I basically unlock EVERYTHING?

    Yeah, thats not cool. I really dont like how you get half an expansion with your money.

    It's not half an expansion, the DLCs were always seperate stand-alone purchases. You'll get everything which was in each chapter when it released.

    You can get access to all DLC's without purchasing with an ESO+ subscription .....
