PUG seems not to be possible at the moment

Last night there were at least three attempts I was part of to form a small, 4 players, group to do an instanced quest. We grouped outside the quest door and when we entered the dungeon all there was in there was me and three upside down arrowheads. None of the other group members showed up. Perhaps we were at different stages of the quest and if that is so there needs to be a way to reset the quest for a group.

PUG’s are important for the life and longevity of any MMORPG. I am sure this is just a minor glitch; but one that needs addressing soon.
