Please explain why there isn't a status msg on the launcher. You don't find out the servers are down till you launch the game. The same maint message should be on the launcher so you don't waste your customers time further by forcing them to actually log into the game.
Also, I don't like having to track your devs down in other forums just to find out what's going on. If you have info to share, do it here in the official forums. No problem if you want to also give info out on other sites, but not unless you are making the info known here first.
