Disconnects and Rollbacks on the european megaserver

This is for Grahtwood on the european megaserver, I do not know if this also happens in other areas.
For about 2 or 3 hours now we lose the connection to the server and are back at a position we were a few hours ago, all progress lost. Sometimes this happens after 5 minutes play, sometimes it happens after 30 minutes. Currently the game seems unplayable like that.
