I've logged on to my ESO account and checked the support tab, but I can't find where my support tickets are listed or what their status is

How do we check the status of an in game help ticket that we've filed?

You should be able to see your tickets if you log in to your account at: help.elderscrollsonline.com

EDIT - sorry, link got messed up somehow.... EDIT2 actually can't make it work lol, so removed it.

Thank you. I know about and can log in to my account and get to the menu you're suggesting. The problem is I can't figure out how to navigate to our open tickets. I keep getting caught in a loop and can't find my help tickets listed by ticket number. I'm on PC. There has to be a way to find my open help tickets in there somewhere, I just can't find it.

Post your ticket number in this thread, and @ tag ZOS_Kevin. He can take a look to make sure it's in the proper department etc.

You refer to your tickets in the plural. Hopefully they aren't multiple tickets for the same issue, as that will simply put them at the back of the queue. If you've failed to reply to any responses received within the stated deadline then the tickets will have been closed.

It can seem hard to find at times, but go to the Support section and you should have a menu item (I think it is under the three bar drop down menu) that says "My Support Tickets).
