Forum Profile Fields Broken(?) [Closed]

So here's this.

Flashes a few empty white bars for a split second, then disappear and left with only this and no way to edit.

What's wrong?

Caught it Just it time, this is what shows for less than a second.

Okay, so I tried two different browsers, both after clearing the cache and incognito and still have the same exact issue.

Any other advice?

Hello!

Yes, the only thing I need changed is changing the Platform from Xbox to PC. Not sure what else would be changed, Grayed-out Xbox is all I see on that page. lol

If somebody could do that, I would greatly appreciate it.
