Guild name issue.

Hi. Over two week ago I sent a ticket to zos. I was asking if I deleted my current guild with a certain name(wont say it in forum) If it would be available to be taken. Because I have switched alliances and wanted to use my tabard. The agent said "yes" if I delete my guild it will be available. So I did. I deleted my guild with no memebers in it. As soon as I did I tried creating a new guild with the right alliance but it said the name is taken. I thought maybe it would take a little time before the name would be available. So I kept on trying to make the guild but it never was available.I kept trying every day since. I reached out to the same ticket saying, deleting MY guild didnt make the name available. But I got reply over one week later(today) saying the name is already taken and I should try another name. THAT IS THE ISSUE. NO HELP FROM THE AGENT. You guys told me if I deleted MY guild the name would be available. This is so frustrating. You guys make me delete it and after 2 week of waiting for a reply you say name is already taken I should choose another. Seriously!!!??
1. Please check the ticket. See if the guild is still on my name. Resolve this please. I have waited almost 3 weeks now since I deleted my guild because of you.
2. If someone else have actually already taken my guild name, which I highly doubt. I literally tried making the guild with the name 5 secs after I deleted mine. Then this is unfair.

Overamera✭✭✭✭Is nobody going to help me? I feel literally scammed by agents/zos who told me I could delete the guild and the name would be available. Can you guys confirm if the guild is still on my name so this can be resolved somehow. Is there a number I can speak to resolve this. The guild name means alot to me. I have waited over 3 weeks now.0

Overamera✭✭✭✭I have never been more disappointed at game before. I had that guild name for 2-3 years. But beacuse of a bug I couldn’t create a new guild with the name just 5 seconds after I deleted main guild. After trying for weeks you guys tell me someone else already took the name. It’s thanks to a stupid bug that I couldn’t use my guild name again and you guys can’t fix this. I lost all my motivation to play this game thanks to this. 2-3 years!!! With my guild name. How is possible you guys can’t do anything about it. I got scammed by your game and agent who told me to delete my guild and the name would be available.3
