well even if they patch it I wont be able to download the patch, seems my launcher is stuck on Loading... doesn't move from there, tried deleting the launcher version file and even reinstalling the launcher and nothing works, any ideas?

I'd recommend looking into:
.NET framework updates
java
visual c++ 2008/2010 updates
and directx0 -
Yes, they are files the game needs to run. You will need .net 4 or 4.5, directx needs to be the latest version and you might have to install both the 32 bit and 64 bit version of java if you are running a 64 bit version of windows. otherwise just the 32 bit one is needed.and do what? download any updates to do with those?

Kereng✭ok, nope, have latest .net ver 4.5 (impossible to roll back) direct x and java up to date and still no luck, wont go past loading...0

Kereng✭im able to play the game using the direct game exe and bypass the launcher which is what I did earlier when the launcher first stuffed up, but if there is a patch that isn't going to help me0

Your antivirus could be causing problems, try disabling it and run the launcher.0

Kereng✭used Sophos, couldn't find a disable option so already uninstalled it, still no go.

The only other thing I can suggest is you should configure your router to open the following ports:
Ports 24100 through 24131
Ports 24500 through 24507
On both TCP and UDP. If it still doesn't work after that then I would issue a support ticket.0 -
Kereng✭I don't have a router, use my phone as a modem so that wont help, already put in a ticket and just noticed I only had 32 bit java installed so just downloaded 64 bit, doubt that will fix it but gunna try anyway0

Had the same prob. Updated my GeForce video driver. Ran malwarebytes. Found a bunch of aware. Does your launcher have blue words that when hovered over tell you to update flash player?0
