I bought the regular Necrom upgrade on my second account on Epic Store by accident (meant to get the Deluxe upgrade), I'm having Epic Store Support refund it. That's the proper channels right since I made the purchases through Epic Store. It'll just disables Necrom features, not flag the account for any actions?
