Titles in ESO are related to ESO achievements. There are no achievements for being insulted or avoided by other players and I hope there never will be.

This title would have to reflect something the player accomplished. What would that accomplishment be?
I suggested before it could be related to play time.
That title has nothing to do with play time, nor is it related to anything accomplished while playing ESO.
So it absolutely does as a joking nod to the "sweaty gamers"1 -

✭✭✭✭✭"Sweaty gamer" is a term that describes the person playing the game in a negative light. It is not something that has been accomplished in the game world.

Humor can make situations like these feel less irritating or whatever.
But, I don't think they should have this as a real title because titles should be something more appropriate to in-game achievements. Also, it's kind of a gross title.

I mean peryite exists. We deal with enemies that are just bacteria, or a bunch of unwashed, diseased ogres who vomit bile on you. This is not even close to inappropriate for the setting.1 -

Sorry to disappoint. I just think that this game needs more silly titles. In SWTOR you have some like "Incredible Smell Discoverer" or "Hug Everlasting" among others. I wanted to wear titles like that here because most titles here are kinda lame.1 -
