Thwarting the Daedra: Dagon’s Cult can be found in IC on PCNA now for those still looking to read it. It’s in one of the bookcases directly below the AD spawn point in the Temple District.

Updated~
For anyone who doesn't know, this is one of the pain-in-the-arse books that randomly appears in Imperial City bookcases on an annoyingly long cooldown and populates in Scrivener's Hall's chest drop table which is more frugal than IA with its book drops. I'd recommend grabbing this one while you can.
Note to self: Make a proper map and shelf location guide in the OP.

I agree. I’ve been picking up furnishings in the housing editor now that they’re 20% off and those purple quality rows of books have such horrible resolution and are blurry. I got a few of the blue quality ones because they looked better, but they have all the books exactly the same height and it looks too artificial.
I know we have the Apocrypha plans but I can’t bring myself to use all the Glass Eyes of Mora I have to make a few groupings of books.

Guess what I just found lmao.
It's on display now in the IA section, might get its own altar at some point, it's a very nice looking book. This is also the last eidetic memory entry I needed besides Fynboar (2nd quest is a pain) so I can buy each book as they drop from now on.

- Fable of the Dragon
- Fable of the Gryphon
- Fable of the Indrik
- Fable of the Netch
And one is from the upcoming Diamond Anniversary Crates:
- Five Companions Tome
...needless to say it might be some time before I get my hands on these, ha. Been busy enough with Infinite Archive as it is.

Fynboar the Resurrected normally can't be read without doing a tedious RNG fetch quest in IA.
Thwarting the Daedra: Dagon's Cult is looted from scriv but read in Imperial City bookshelves which are randomly populated.
