Hew's Bane Treasure Maps - Removed?

Basically, I had one treasure map for Hew's Bane that's been in my bank for years plus another given by a guildmate. Used both chasing the new book furnishings. I have not seen another in months.
Only one on ttc I've seen since was snapped up instantly. ...is there some specific source we're supposed to get these from since they were removed from the general loot tables? Was there a reason they were removed?
