For example: they could remove the cooldown of the skills: this would significantly help the player, who is sometimes chased by many zombies, but can only defend himself from one because the skills are on cooldown.
Or they could give us more health, so we can survive better if these zombies hit us. The fact is that these monsters kill us with two shots, while we struggle to kill them, we stun them a bit, but then they recover and spawn a lot.
I finished it 3 times (as a duo, i.e. 8 tomeshells), but I did it many times without succeeding. And every time my partner and I know that this will most likely be the portal that we won't pass through.

Oddly enough I found 4/5 harder than 5/5. IDK

I meant that I completed 4/5th of the activity and stuck on the last one. This activity is just driving me nuts.

The butchery is possibly the easiest, but there's a problem: it removes my mundus stone (the steed) and I can't leave to get it back without abandoning the run.

Yes you can. You can leave and come back and keep your run. Just don't take too long.

Thanks for the correction! Losing my speed and regen buffs was seriously annoying me.

The butcher wasn't bad. Cleared it solo.
The switch puzzle I'm stuck at 2 for now.
The battle one I've cleared to 4. Haven't tried last fight yet.
The ghost light one is annoying. Stupid light do not follow no matter what I do. Tried light attack, bashing and going through them. Nothing has worked.

You just go up to them, wait for them to turn green and move them to the middle in a timely but not too brisk manner. A buddy likes to block walk them in, others walk backwards, I like to mix and match, block, move, block move, reverse, depending on mood.

531 462. And then get 1 person to press them while the other is running.

Solo:
Identify the button for the first platform, then after using it quickly push all the remaining ones and run.
If the last platform disappears too fast, you can slot a sprint skill and also identify and press the final platform last.
Duo:
Get 1 person to check and use the buttons to see the order. Then say it in chat, like531 462. And then get 1 person to press them while the other is running.

- start with PvP shield ultimate before being transformed
- use healing potions, don't just assume they don't work
- don't kill adds, stun (4) and slow (5) them instead
- keep adds behind you, or stun (4) them if you have to run past
- stun (4) is a ranged AoE attack and lasts for ages
- use explosion (1) shortly before reaching a tome, it has a delay
- if something in a black hole is moving don't go near it, wait for the tentacles to come out
- use edges and obstacles to get past tornadoes
- don't waste stun (4) on tomes, don't waste explosion (1) on adds
- save your sprint (3) for escaping from adds, tornadoes or reviving an ally
You can also loot the urns you come across, despite being transformed.
I agree though that there should be a progress indicator.

I swear I got one puzzle while solo that even using all the switches there still was not a contiguous path to the other side.
