incorrect login detals/invalid solution
ok so after 24 hours of waiting and sending multiple tickets and requests of phone calls i finally recieved a email from a csr stating why i am unable to login and put simply im banned ... no idea what for ... and for how long but i am banned ...
so all u guys with invalid login or incorrect detail messages at the login this is prop the case for u aswell
so im asking for some info from people that are suffering with this issue ...
1 did u report a gold spammer
2 do u play with any sort of overlay mumble teamspeak steam ( i currently played with steam overlay and mumble overlay )
thats all ive done in game really that may warrent a ban ... ive had 2 people confirm they sent gold spammers a tell to shut up and they have been banned (might look like they was trying to buy to an automated system) and anouther person confirm they reported them . hence the gold spammer option above
if this as happened to u u can appeal by submitting a ticket under billing ... appeal suspension
im guessing as the day progresses and csrs started responding to tickets alot of people will be finding out they have been suspended
so u might want to get the ball rolling early for an appeal u can do this by submitting a ticket under billing and sub section appeal request review of suspension
so to save yourself so time and further delay when submitting the ticket include in it
1. Payment Method
a. Last 4 digits of the credit card number
b. Paypal transaction ID
c. Complete Game Time code
2. The Answer to the Secret Question
3. Current UserID
4. Associated Email Address
5. Your first and last name.
