At best, it’s a little discourteous to not give us some indication of what is happening and when we can expect service to resume. Remember that word service because that is exactly what you are being paid to provide.
Everyone understands problems can occur. But no one understands why you say you will improve communication because when it matters you often fail to.

But, I always find these threads amusing...because you always see people in them than constantly bang on the game and the devs...but if the game is down a few hours...

I always said if they ever decided to close ESO the biggest hater of the game would be the first to start a "Bring Back ESO" petition.

Yeah I know you can be critical and still like playing...but it's still amusing.
