Missing Community Manager & Proper Forum software

Right so let's get on with this.

Community Manager is missing. Have you seen him/her? A great community manager interacts with the community and gets people motivated and wanting to play. They are the front line to finding out everything just by looking in your FB. The community Manager if one exist for ESO is slow to the punch and does not interact. Your Social media account look almost dead. No way on a launching game should they look like that. This is just bad form and bad marketing in general. Your first line of marketing is your community manager.

Proper forum software - VANILLA really? This some kind of joke? Using an open source forum software (FREE). You do understand that Vanilla is easily hacked right? since it is open source it is more accessible to the script kiddies so they can find back doors in. This is just bad form. It is almost like you are saying you do not value us as players. To leave us open to this kind of attack. Compromising our account and security.

I can understand you not using Vbulletin it is buggy and yes even it has day zero exploits every update. It is also a complete resource hog. More so then it should be. I suggest and recommend Xenforo. I know my suggestion will get over looked but still. I have to make the suggestion anyway. Xenforo is much cleaner and faster then Vbulletin. It is a little harder to mod. So admin/mod rolls will have a much harder time doing Admin/mod functions. Yet it gets the job done and quick with less vulnerability then vanilla.

And what about those who does not use or frequent these social medias?
My impression that important information pertaining to the game and its operation is posted on various social medias first, and then here on the website more as an afterthought a long time after.

So those not interested in social medias, have to hear things second had from those who does frequent those sites.

Are those who does not use or frequent social medias considered second hand customers and not important?
