ESO lost one crown crate of mine

I bought 6 Crown crates, during the opening of the fifth the game froze and I went back to menu. When I try to open the last two crates (fifth and sixth), there was only ONE crate left.

    Did you submit a ticket to support? They should be able to help you with that.

    You will likely need to file a help ticket in game (/help) or on the website for Support to look into it if you want them to investigate what happened and whether they should provide another crate. (If you use /bug, that’s just for the devs’ reference and won’t get a response.)

    Did you see if the rewards already came in?

    If you are at the screen where the cards are laid out, that means the rewards are technically added to your account there. If you d/c or crash when you're opening it, all you're missing is the animations of Pacrooti flipping the cards over, but the rewards go into your account as expected.

    Of course, it's a bit tough to find them if you don't know what you got, but they should be there.

    That happened to me. The game glitched. Support was able to tell me that I did actually open the Crate and even told me what was in it. I take screen caps of all crates I open, so I was able to provide pictures of the ones that I did know about. That might have helped then narrow down which crate I was talking about.

    I got disconnected while opening crates about 4 years ago. I filled out a ticket and got a reply.

    They said that I got the items from the crate I lost during the disconnect and the issue was closed. But I didn't get the items, and ZOS never resolved the issue, just repeatedly told me the issue was resolved.

    That was the last time I purchased crown crates.

    Yeah, at the end of the crates opening I saw that FIVE crates were through. So I understand that I lost money and ZOS will not accept give me the crate I lost. This crown crate business looks more and more a "Las Vegas" business. Wth.
