I got a few of my items from imperial edition / early access. Which is weird considering I got a boxed edition anyways and technically don't have my code for my imperial items, however I did put in my pre order code, hence why I have my 5 days of early access. What I have received so far is ability to convert to imperial, 5 days early access, monkey pet from beta, rings of mara, and I think (haven't checked) ability to make an imperial / any race any faction. What I haven't received from my pre order bonus is my pet, and my bonus maps. I wrote a ticket in game, they asked for my security question answer, nothing else, I provided it, and it has now been over two days with no reply.

Anyone else not get their maps or such?

    All of that was contained in a "box", when opened will give you everything.

    Anyways, they are working on it because they cant give people two of the same when everyone else gets one. So they are working on a fix for an unexpected problem.

    I only had my rings of mara item, it came alone and that was it. There was no Box containing multiple items in my mail. I had two mails, one was my beta pet, the other was the Rings of mara item.

    That is how it was designed, you will get all items from explorers pack on the 4th.

    This, My friend had all his items as of his first day. The pre order bonuses should at least be in the early access, I don't really care much about the imperial items, I didn't even expect to have the rings as I ordered a physical boxed copy.

    The same happened to me, I only got the Rings of Mara (since I wasn't in beta I didn't get the monkey pet :( ). However, from what I've understood, if you bought the Imperial DIGITAL edition, you get all the items right now, whereas we who bought the Imperial PHYSICAL edition have to wait until the 4th of April.
