how to keep track of support ticket when suspended?
Hi when trying to log in I got a notification stating iv been suspended and unsure as to why I have been suspended. I haven't been sent an email on how long its for whether its for 2 days or a full ban. I have adhered to rules so unsure why I have been suspended. I have sent two tickets up but I cant keep an eye on their status because I log in, so how do I see an outcome once admin have checked and responded to my ticket?
