how to keep track of support ticket when suspended?

Hi when trying to log in I got a notification stating iv been suspended and unsure as to why I have been suspended. I haven't been sent an email on how long its for whether its for 2 days or a full ban. I have adhered to rules so unsure why I have been suspended. I have sent two tickets up but I cant keep an eye on their status because I log in, so how do I see an outcome once admin have checked and responded to my ticket?

    No correspondence what’s so ever. I thought I might have been sent an email int what’s to why iv been suspended or something to clarify for how long so I’m not sure whether I’m waiting for 2 days or can’t play the game again.     All sorted cheers, just because my bank did a charge back. If it happens again it’ll be a perm ban lol, something that my back did off their own bank is my fault lol
