Multiple Problems, No Support. :(

Hey I know its busy and slow support, but I know you guys are doing your best :)

So these are my problems, I Redeemed a Headstart code, 2 days ago, so I have the Headstart stuff... BUT my character fell through the ground on the prison level, so I had no choice but to delete the character, so I lost all my Headstart stuff...
If can I would like to get them back.

Next, I was walking around last night and got jealous of people with horses, So I bought Imperial Edition, WHICH I cant redeem because it said I Already own the product.

So Technically I need 2 pieces of Headstart (LOL) or just one.
and to be able to redeem my Imperial Pre order code...

    1. Sarcasm of the above poster aside, using /stuck would have been a much better idea than deleting your character.
    2. They must have about a million requests to restore items. Give them a couple days.
    3. If you have bought a separate game, you need a separate account. They cannot remove a game code once applied.

    @TheMoDiiFii3r Love the MeMe..lol. Are all three of those support tickets for the same issue? If so I'm pretty sure submitting multiple tickets for the same issue only adds to the confusion and Customer Service load, resulting in a longer wait time. For what its worth you really impress me with how you are handling the situation though.

    I'm really enjoying reading the "I want my specific problem fixed now or I want a refund" threads. For what its worth I have really enjoyed what time I have spent in game. I expected issues during the launch phase and expect more bugs to surface in the coming weeks, months, and years. So far I have not encountered anything game breaking and can't wait for the server to come back up.

    I don't know about you guys, but ESO support has always been very fast on contacting me back, of course that was in September during the beta lol.

    I do think you're going to have to wait a bit for them to fix up everything that's going on, since it seems like there's a lot of bugs happening all over the place.
