Event Tools / Tool Quickslot wheel.

Now that the event EXP buffs are passive instead of being tied to a "tool", they're no different from regular memento's in function.
Leaving only the Antiquarians Eye tool for general use, along with two area specific tools. (Such as Murkmires Fire rock)
Which makes a quickslot wheel dedicated to them kinda pointless.
Meanwhile for those who PvP in cyro, quickslot space is lacking with 17 possible siege tools that can be slotted, alongside potions and other consumable items.
So I'd suggest letting players slot siege tools to the tools quickslot wheel.
Would be a good QoL change for Cyro players while keeping the Tool wheel relevant.
