Eye of Fate quest bug
Hello, it looks like the quest Eye of Fate has a bug causing it to be impossible to finish.

We did the quest twice with a friend I always play with in a group of 2. Both times we had to abandon the quest.
The problem is at the end, after talking with Hermaeus Mora. You get asked to "Use the Glyphics", which are items received a moment before. After using them, a letter and a pen appear and there should be a quest pointer to click and sign the contract.
Both times we played, we used the glyphics but no pointer appeared. The contract is there but there's no way to sign it. Abandoning the quest and doing it from the beginning (it's quite long, too) didn't help.
I'll attach an image of the contract being there with no pointer to click and sign it.
I think it's a bug, I guess it doesn't happen to everyone but I hope you can fix it so we can do the quest again and finish it.

stuck in an Unholy Fate quest. Suggestion from game is to "Target Vairmina to use the black book" Black Book is in my inventory but does nothing. Vaermina remains as green (friend) and is not targetable. I figure if I log out/in I'll be back outside and will have to repeat.0

What a surprise. The log out/log in put me right back where I was but now there was an X to click to use the Black Book and finish the quest.

You will find this often in ESO. You'll get a glitch where an NPC is supposed to follow you, but doesn't, or you are supposed to click on an object, but the object isn't there or the option to click on the object (as you experienced) isn't available... and the solution that almost always works, is logging out and logging back in.
