Eye of Fate quest stuck

Got to Use the Glyphics...used them....and still was at Use the Glyphics. /reloadui didn't help. Relogging didn't help. Abandoned the quest (thinking maybe I'd get put back a step and try it again), and got booted from the Shrine of the Golden Eye. Apparently, now I have to do the whole quest over.
