blackwood is definitely one of my favourite zones, the music is awesome, and i love most of the dungeons too(especially Red Petal Bastion).

my other favourite dlc zones are summerset, north+south elsweyr, galen, high isle, murkmire, the reach, and apocrypha.
for music, the environment, story, and the furniture.

also you missed all dlc before vvardenfell.
plus the dungeons in 2017 and 2018 arent connected to the daedric war story.
2019 is the first year that had a year long story.

I voted the Vvardenfell, Clockwork City, Summerset story arc, but it just barely tops the North and South Elsweyr story for me. I do love Sotha Sil and Vivec quite a bit, so they get top billing.

I stopped doing missions, history, etc., since I finished Wrothgar.
The one I chose to sacrifice in the main story is still alive, what's the point?

And I started to find it ridiculous and annoying that I have to make decisions for every character I meet.

Why do I have to decide? I met you 5 minutes ago...

The only missions I do are those of my queen Lady Clarisse Laurent, I would pay for a DLC of her.

The Elsweyr chapter pack's theme is "dragons", and i love it more than anything else.

Those dragons use thu'um, and i wish my characters were able to use it as well.

Aside from Elsweyr, the Greymoor chapter pack comes as a close second, since i love its gothic theme.

Wasn't listed as a choice, but Orsinium is still my prime pick amongst all content; decent story and hefty zone with things to do.
Was split between either Elswyer or Greymoor + The Reach ("House Ravenwatch") per the poll however.

Would like to get into Clockwork City and Vvardenfell, and then finish up with Necrom at some point but have gotten turned off questing after losing my questing progress temporarily a few months back.

This was tougher than I thought! There's so many memorable stories for me; my favorites don't neatly line up to the releases.

    The winner:
So considering the entire narrative arc, I have to go with the Elsweyr stories. I've surprised myself! For me, it was the game's zenith in terms of story telling. All of the dungeons tied in nicely to the zone stories, the zones themselves had rich lore, and the prologues were compelling.

    Runner ups:
If I didn't have to include dungeons, I'd say the Daedric war zones. Those zones have been the most enduring for me. Summerset will always be my favorite zone. Vvardenfell was an amazing experience; it harkened back to my introduction to the series. I remember taking my time with this content. The dungeons though - not a fan. They weren't bad stories, they just felt disconnected from the overall narrative of the zones.

If I had to pick solely based on my favorite dungeon stories, I honestly would've picked Blackwood era. Those four are really sweet and BDV has my favorite boss fight in the game. The prologues were actually really good, I remember enjoying them, but the final delivery of the zone stories had some issues. Overall, I like most of the stories in this year's releases.

Greymoor era had some good moments. Like Elsweyr, I appreciated the cohesive narrative between the dungeons and zones. I wasn't super into the theme. Still, there were some cool stories. The dungeons especially were cool and Markath's story stands out for me. I really appreciated what they did with the Reachmen, humanized them a little.

    The rest:
The Legacy of the Bretons content was visually and gameplay wise really enjoyable. On those two levels, it's close to Summerset for me. I'd enjoy playing through it again for that alone. The stories were the weakest point of it all. There were so many good elements, and some good side quests, I just didn't like how it all came together. And the way they treated alliance leaders felt a little odd. Like they're at war and are talking to each other like old friends?

Last but not least - Necrom. It's too soon to say. As of right now, I don't really see this story arc ranking among my favorites. Much like Greymoor, I'm just not into the mood of it all. Story wise, so far, it's not bad but not great either. There were some memorable characters, especially Meln the Mouthless and Torvasard. There were also some good side quests where the Telvanni were portrayed to be appropriately cruel. The big reveal at the end of the story was compelling. I didn't like how you have these supposed world-ending secrets that become less threatening as the story goes on.

Can’t really vote on this one because the main stories in the dlcs/chapters sit on the back burner in my mind while it picks at all the holes in them that don’t make sense and comes up with reasons why the story would not work.

I guess I rate them as to the whole experience, since I end up doing the daily quests and completing the map.

That being said, Elsweyr with the dragon battles cannot be beat. I am sure that no future chapter will ever be as exciting as riding my mount to a dragon site and seeing 30+ people fighting a dragon for the first time.

Have only done some parts here and there.

I have only 100% By order of best to worse these zones

    Rivenspire > Glenumbra > vvanderfell > stormhaven > alik dezert > clockwork city > bangkorai > orsinium

If we talk vibes and visually for me id rate the expansions like these High isle > greymor > necrom > summerset > blackwood > elseweyr > morrowind

Craglorn, and if that doesn't count then Orsinium.

Clockwork City was probably the second best main quest in the entire game, but it's bundled in with Summerset, which was terrible.

Elsweyr was fine but I'd have rather the big threat had been something Khajiit-oriented rather than 'Dragons! Dragons everywhere!' I enjoyed Skyrim as much as the next person but that doesn't mean I want it overwriting all of Tamriel.

Greymoor was just okay. Some of the Reachfolk lore was interesting. I liked seeing the Ravenwatch again.

Blackwood was terrible. Fargrave was fun, new, and interesting but suffers from its association with Blackwood.

Somehow I haven't finished the High Isle and Galen combo yet.

Necrom wasn't bad but it didn't really give a good sense of escalation. 'We're doomed if the bad guys do X!' 'They just did X.' 'It's actually okay as long as they don't get to Y!' 'They got to Y.' Etc... The stakes are too vague. It's mostly good for getting me excited for whatever comes next, which hasn't happened in a while.

Thieves Guild/Hew's Bane was fine, I'm just not keen on playing criminals and the sneak levels it introduced are always annoying.

Dark Brotherhood/Gold Coast was just Thieves Guild 2.0, except everyone is a bloodthirsty murderer, which makes it hard to feel invested when they start getting killed off. And the foreshadowing in the Sweetroll Killer quest never ended up happening.

Murkmire was okay, but the villain was way too obvious.

I'm probably a bit of an outlier. My single favorite piece of content is Murkmire. After that, Craglorn (which I believe was DLC in two parts originally; Craglorn and Upper Craglorn), but already included in the base game when I started playing from day one on console.

I like zones where I can quest for folks who appreciate my efforts, rather than act all condescending. From that perspective, Murkmire is tops and Vvardenfel is the pits. The two Elswyer zones are pretty good.

I also like zones with normal landscaping - like forest, jungle, swamp, desert. Sort of classic medieval fantasy. So High Isle and Galen are pretty good. I very much dislike unnatural zones like Deadlands, Acrophobia, Clockwork City and various hellscapes of Oblivion.

Honestly though, none of the DLC zones measure up to most of the original zones like Auridon, Greenshade, Glenumbra, etc.

And the foreshadowing in the Sweetroll Killer quest never ended up happening.

Personally I took it that it realized in summerset.
Veya Releth, would be symbolically a daughter of Naryu - Naryu have known Veya and her brother since Veya was a child, Naryu trained her, when Veya joined Morag Tong she became Naryus apprentice, and that gave Naryu title "Mother of Blades" within the org. and after the Morrowind sinde ark involving these two, Veya becomes Nocturnal's Earl within court of bedlam, and very nearly does make the world burn (whatever would happen if Nocturnal got control over crystal tower would qualify for that description I think ;) )

UESP wiki on the dialogue page of the NPC even links to daedric war storyline on the words "the world to burn" so I guess I am not the only one who made the connection.

Unless of course you mean the other part of the foreshadowing....
