Crown store bugged, help from support lol

Just purchased the Shadows stir music box from crown store,,chat window even said i received it yet its nowhere to be found.
So i fire off a message to ""Support""

"I bought the the shadows stir music box from the crown store,the chat box said i received it( i took a screen shot of the text) but i didn't,I tried logging in and out as well and still nothing.
I check my bags and house multiple times its nohere to be found.
Please can you help as i been after this for well over a year and its only for sale for 7 days i ,its bugged :( "

When buying crown packs, you should ensure that you have logged out to the character select screen before logging back in and accessing the Crown Store. If you remain in game while purchasing crowns from The Elder Scrolls Online PC/Mac Store, you will not be made available for use until you have exited and reconnected. If you are playing on Xbox One or PlayStation 4, you should exit the game completely and reconnect.
Depending on the payment method that has been used to make crown purchases, the crown balance in your account may not update immediately. It is important to note that the crown balance will reflect the purchase only after the payment has successfully been processed.
If you have not received your crowns, you can attempt the following troubleshooting steps:
• Log out and back in to the game.
• Check your bank statement or financial institution to make sure the payment has been made (it might still be pending).
• Wait 24-48 hours and check again.
• If on console, ensure that you have verified your account. Information on console account verification can be found here.

    Did you check the retrieve tab in the housing editor?

    I couldn't find the book we were rewarded recently. It wasn't in my bag and didn't show under the housing placement tab. I finally found it in the retrieve tab even though I had never placed it and have no idea where it was.

    Thanks for the tip SilverBride, yes i looked everywhere. i ended up buying another music box just before it vanished from the crown store. when placing and retrieving it i still only show the one as being owned.
    I requested a crown refund for my second purchase as i don't need two music boxes of the same,i just had to rebuy it as i didn't want to run the risk ok not having it at all as i couldn't rely on the customer support.

    @ZOS_Phoenix ty for checking my progress ,guess i just wait even longer.
    If needed i have a screenshot of me buying the original music box and the chat window confirming my purchase, but am sure you have game logs showing the same ,but have if needed anyway.

    Any progress with my error? I'm asking here as the support page must be broken as its been well over 2 weeks, almost 3 and i heard nothing and i know ZOS wouldn't leave a paying customer that spent real money hang with no update.
    Please forum staff can you check my progress, case number is in first post.
