Must keep watching every field, don't be narrow sight.
Basically, end-game quality tank doesn't need healing in most of case.
But in some specific mech of Vet dungeon, tank need direct healing even toughest tank.
(EX Breath heavy attack of last boss in Earthen Root.)

I agree with you. ESO very needs pre-studying process.
But...
Well, good designed AAA game doesn't need youtube tutorial.
Because the good game already has good game flow design, so people easily can understand
what hell happen on the field.
However, ZOS can't design the game actually "good".
So, we'll meet lots of noob filter, especially in dungeon.

1, Don't steal taunt from real tank . If you're not tank, then don't equip any of taunt skill.
Or, if you're tank role. Must use taunt skill, and don't be fake tank build.
If you don't have tank building knowledge yet, then don't queue as tank.
2, Don't stand in front of tank.
3, Don't stand back of the healer. (you can't receive any of direct healing.)
4, Don't equip "ring of pale order".
5, Don't ignore non DLC Vet hard mode scroll or hard mode mech.
(If you ignore this, then someone will leave. Or you'll be kicked.)
6, Don't push hard mode switch of Vet DLC dungeon, if you don't ready for it enough.
7, Eat something buff food at the starting point.
8, Don't keep standing damage AoE
9. If you're Damage Dealer(DD, DPS), don't use restoration stuff and shield.
10. Healer must have healing skill for your team mate. Don't be fake healer.
Maybe, there're so many other bad behavior of noob...
If you're experienced player, please post here.

I disagree with this. - I have olo for both Vampires and Pale's - you do what you want (as long as you know what your doing). Healer is an extra dps? Can definitely work with that too.

It is frowned upon in group content, especially in raids (yes, I know this is a dungeons thread). While you can totally run the tank + 3 DDs format, when you have a healer, they like to heal.

I think you're referring to different levels of competence here, because you wouldn't find 'noobs' that don't know to eat buff food in vet DLC dungeons. This all good advice, but I don't think it's for the same level of player.

I know. I've read a vet walkthrough for all the dungeons at least once, but sometimes especially for the less popular ones I can't always remember the mechanics. There are so many dungeons now! And in normal dungeons, almost no one ever pays attention to the mechanics. I've just given up even for the ones where I do remember.
