Endless Archive long time playing it

I've heard people are doing 12 hour sessions on endless archive - arc 16+, can you resume it when relog in it ?

if not i see long times on it being a problem, what do yous think ?

No, if you leave for more than about 5 minutes, it resets and you have to start over from Arc 1. They are supposed to make changes on Monday on PTS. Whether this is making early Arcs easier so they don't take so long, or maybe the opposite and difficulty ramp ups faster so that Arc 8 is as hard as Arc 16 is now, I don't know. But I don't think they want leaderboard runs to be 12 hour things and changes are planned.

Yeah but.. If you go in as a tank + dd you will probably be able to clear alot of Arcs.

The content is called 'Endless Archive' so in my opinion if someone can and want to spend 12 hours in there thats great for them, even if Zos will make the progress faster many would still need to spend alot of time since it is Endless.

A save or skip option would solve it until players hit the Arc that probably no one Will be able to clear 'If it exsist'.

in the long term, long session is a know go for people with health concerns - a a 'save' function would be useful for them, relog inside keeps your progress - i myself don see any harm in a progress saving function

sorry for the dumb question, as I haven't really looked in detail at the EA, but what exactly is the benefit of reaching higher arcs? does the loot change? or just leaderboard scores?
