I don't recall seeing that name before and they may be doing something different when moving the posts that is causing this.

This has been reported through the appropriate channels and is being investigated. We thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/denied:part and then press the delete key. On mobile hit the backspace key on keyboard.
Also the forum team is aware of this bug so they reported it to the appropriate team and they are currently working on a fix. It takes time to find out what is causing the bug, editing the code, and then running tests. Once a solution is found without problems then it is applied and fixed.

I don't blame the software for this bug. No forum software is perfect. The developers of the forum software will fix the bug. Also someone on the backend of the eso forums most likely made a silly mistake. This bug can easily be undone and fixed.

Thank you for the acknowledgment! I hope it gets fixed soon.
In the meantime, since this is clearly an issue affecting many moved posts in addition to certain other links (like Kevin’s survey link), I’d like to second the request that we pause moving new threads until whatever's going on is fixed. I understand how to do the workaround, but it takes additional time and is particularly onerous on mobile to remove the denied: bit that shouldn't be there so we can access content. Moving threads already discourages me from reading them, between the Moved, the Closed tag, and the lock sign, but if it looks particularly interesting I’ll click through despite that. Now, if I’m on mobile, I won’t even try because messing with this address bar is an exercise in complete frustration. It’s yet another barrier to accessing content.
