You will get it when the game is officially launched.
As with the other explorer's pack items.
Some people mistakenly received theirs early though.

If it's a boxed copy, it's inside it. People who digitally ordered apparently got theirs early.

i have digital version from GMG bit all what i got is vanity pet monkey from beta test.
Nothing else in my mail. Any idea?

This was pretty silly of them. Let's reward people with low level virtual perks at launch and also give them 5 days early access so by the time they get their virtual perks in-game they will have out-leveled the virtual perks. Not the most brilliant idea. Guess it will have to be alt fodder!

You're not supposed to get those "Explorer Pack" items until the game launches on 4/4/14 and you enter your full game code (GMG should send it to you on launch or maybe a little before).

People who have them already got them early by mistake.

@Attronach If you recently bought your account then you should receive them on launch day, if not send in a support ticket.
