Items from mail didn't go to inventory!?!

Not sure where to submit a help request, so i'm trying here.

i purchased two deadlands treasure maps (one of each) from a guild trader. They sat in mail for a few days, not more than a week. On sunday 9/24 around 1920ET, I took the attachments from the two mails and headed to the deadlands. I realized they were not in inventory when i couldn't find the dirt mound. Checked mail, not there. I filed a bug in game (230924-007208), but was later informed that a help request is needed. Now, i'm out both gold and maps...most frustrating!

I thought something like this happened before (U39), but i cannot be certain, and chocked it up to my user error. This time, there was no user error, the maps never made it from mail to my inventory.

Please help
