Another disappointing patch cycle

It looks like I made the right decision to skip this year's chapter and cancel my annual sub.
Last year my wife and I probably spent over $500 on this game. This year ZOS will get none.
Class balance should be the #1 issue, yet, there are several classes that have continued to be way behind the others for, quite literally, a year's worth of patches. I'm tired of fighting DKs and NBs that can output ridiculous damage, yet can burst heal themselves from 1% to full. I'm tired of fighting templars and wardens that can't die and can heal through anything. I'm tired of dropping the "Kill 20 Necromancers" quest in cyro because it's nearly impossible to complete.
I'm also shocked that it's yet another patch that hasn't done anything to improve battlegrounds. My wife and I used to play hours every night. Now, there are nights where we sit in queue for 30+ min twiddling our thumbs before finally giving up and switching to a different game.
We loved this game. We'd love to love it again. Give us a reason to open the wallet again. This patch ain't it.
