Tried to enter Cheesemongers Hollow just now for a quest and the game wouldn't let me enter. Getting this quite a bit the last couple days and its really irritating. The only way to fix it is to completely restart the game.

Same here. Two of the last five dungeons I've been in won't let me out. I can't even get to a wayshrine from the map. Same error, "Your attempted transfer failed."

Yup. Made a post on this but yeah. I can't fast travel. I can't even WALK out of the zone. Just suddenly started up this afternoon.

I've also run into this issue. I found myself stranded on Stros M'Kai. After trying several different methods, I found that simply repairing the game files fixed the issue for me.
*At this point, I feel that it'd be good practice to repair the game files each time you patch your client. This should alleviate many of the minor issues people seem to encounter.*

Also getting this bug frequently. Only way to fix it has been to close the client and relaunch. I've also been experiencing some permanent loading screens the last couple of days. I wonder if these are related.

Restart client if you get this. Server side.

I was able to work around this by logging out to the character selection screen as well. Didn't have to exit the entire thing.

I got it as well at the Chateau. Pretty sure Sheogorath is breaking the fourth wall and messing with my client.

Got that very error just now. Weird stuff. Relogging fixed it.

Tried relogging and completely closing the game twice and I still can't transfer..

This was happening in Beta. Thought they fixed it.

Guess not.

Let me put it back on my ever-growing list of things to do...
