Connection goes to +999 very often

This is not a new problem, but lately, it's been getting out of hand. The connection randomly goes to +999 and everything stops moving. It stays like that for 5-10 seconds. It's very annoying, especially on no-death runs. It's not my internet, in any other online game i have no issues. Also, other friends of mine have experienced it too. Is there a solution for this?

What is your physical location. I mean dont tell here, just not that if you are in NA and EU. then it wont happen much.
But if you are from other part of the map then The issue is there due to server latency.
I get 280-300 pings normally, but sometimes it touches to 999+.

Well, the troubleshooting steps like "uninstall all your addons" never change a thing, so i won't even bother. I played on pts too, without any addons and it happened there too. I clearly saw it happen on the ESO livestream when they were fighting in endless archive. And from the chat reaction, it's something that's happening to basically everyone. I have to admit it didn't happen that often since i posted this. But even so, because of it we lost progress in endless archive once. It's not fun to spend 2-3h in there and have to stop because of a server issue, but i guess that's something we have to live with.

And when it comes to physical location, it shouldn't be a problem. I live in the EU. Ping is mostly fine, but it just jumps to 999+ for a couple of seconds and i can't do anything in that time, which sometimes ends with a death.
