Requested Refund - Ignored by Customer Service

I have sent three tickets over the last two days, two of which requesting a call back pertaining to my interest to collect a refund on my pre-purchase. The website suggests to do such that. No calls were made to me, and I made sure on the second call back ticket to double-triple-quadruple check that my phone number was entered correctly. No cheddar.

I did get email replies from your 'real, live human' staff, though! Yeah, except it was a copy-paste message playfully dismissing the disappointing Zenimax Online store issue as 'Molag Bal preventing heroes from arising.' Every. Single. Time. I got that message THREE TIMES.

I meet the conditions to receive a refund on a pre-purchase of a game that has not officially launched. Hopefully someone here can be more helpful than the robotic team of artificially intelligent email-senders I've dealt with for 48 hours.

That is up for discussion between me and the individuals who refuse to abide by their store policies and customer gratification. I'm not trolling. I'm not spilling out a bunch of nonsense to imbue you folks with feelings of hate towards me. Calm down.

    I understand your frustration, but you should also relax, for yourself, they're getting swamped with right now, im sure you don't care about that because i know I wouldn't lol. But try and keep that in mind.
