Stuck under world in pvp now what?

I can't die and can't use stuck so what do i do? I am in the help thing waiting for an agent for 40 mins and nothing

galiumb16_ESO✭✭✭And still stuck, at least three hours now, maybe four. The in game customer support system is absolute rubbish. Why do I need to keep that window open? Why cant I get a ticket started and then they send me a message when I am up in their que. This way I could play an alt, or at least not have to worry about every time I crash or click on something outside of the box and cause it to disappear. If using /help is your solution to no /stuck in Cyrodiil you could at least add a 'stuck' reporting feature so we can get some priority0

glauc✭Happened to a guildie...took 2.5 hrs and he finally died. We tried everything we could think of to get em out to no avail.
Side note...many of us asked (and never given an answer) what we were supposed to do if we got stuck in Cyrodiil after they removed the command. *shrug*
Why not just add a 10 min timer or something....waiting 10 mins better than hours and hours. So much life you will never get back

galiumb16_ESO✭✭✭Unfortunately I am on a guest campaign and I picked it not long before I got stuck. I have no home campaign yet, as the guild hasnt picked one and I am reluctant to do so as that is a big pain to switch.
The removal of the /stuck command is just outright stupid.0
