Stuck under world in pvp now what?

I can't die and can't use stuck so what do i do? I am in the help thing waiting for an agent for 40 mins and nothing

Oh and they disabled the join player feature out here as well

Why exactly did the disable stuck without a replacement? The in game help tool would be a lot better with a timer que position not to mention a stuck option

How can a mod be able to come remove my bump style post but then not help me at all, still stuck for over an hour now

you said they disabled the join player feature, but did you try it with someone who is not in cyrodiil? just looking for clarity

Yea both in and out of the pvp area

And I accidentally clicked on another part of the screen and it shut my help request window after over an hour

Still waiting for support I got dumped from game and had to start over this is a great way to spend two hours so glad they removed the stuck command

And still stuck, at least three hours now, maybe four. The in game customer support system is absolute rubbish. Why do I need to keep that window open? Why cant I get a ticket started and then they send me a message when I am up in their que. This way I could play an alt, or at least not have to worry about every time I crash or click on something outside of the box and cause it to disappear. If using /help is your solution to no /stuck in Cyrodiil you could at least add a 'stuck' reporting feature so we can get some priority

Happened to a guildie...took 2.5 hrs and he finally died. We tried everything we could think of to get em out to no avail.

Side note...many of us asked (and never given an answer) what we were supposed to do if we got stuck in Cyrodiil after they removed the command. *shrug*

Why not just add a 10 min timer or something....waiting 10 mins better than hours and hours. So much life you will never get back

Unfortunately I am on a guest campaign and I picked it not long before I got stuck. I have no home campaign yet, as the guild hasnt picked one and I am reluctant to do so as that is a big pain to switch.

The removal of the /stuck command is just outright stupid.
