How is this possible, can someone explain to me? (DK absurd damage)

This look to me like ridicul fast filling up of ultimate. I dont see any legitimate way how to do it under 8 second. 4, because OP get 4 other hits after ulti. Any class could do nonsense damage, if they get 2 ulti in such short time.

It is answered in 2nd post, yet it didn't stop people to go all in on corrosive. Ignoring other aspects. Corrosive isn't sole source of this damage. So my first post about how players blame averything on one ultimate is valid.

It isn't just Corrosive, there is something every unique about this build that gets >50 critical chance, plus high critical damage, plus very tanky. Not sure how to build this , anyone have ideas? MY DKs tend to run relatively low crit chance

Most DKs running a corrosive build nowadays will pair it with Acuity to have a ~100% crit chance alongside 100% pen.

Yes, although acuity was nerfed. It gives you a short window. But, you also have to boost crit damage, also non trivial on DK , maybe he uses Khajit or something.
Beyond all that however, you need to boost weapon damage to get these big hits.
Beyond all that, somehow still very tanky, not a glass cannon.

I used to be that you couldn't "have it all" in one build, Now apparently you can, PLUS get two ultimates

Here is a recap of the same guy with both Ults in use at the same time that is clearly visible in the recap.

I have some combat metrics from this player (he's the only one who hits these big hits with this over powered "oversight" by ZOS) where the corrosive hits me within the same second as the leap.
Plus 9k engulfing flame tick and 8k deep breathes.
Must be "some build" .
