Hey there,
I have been struggling with interacting with other players both in the game and on the forums. Recently a few players have been very rude to me on both and I've reported them multiple times. My ignore list is full and I can't block any more.

I'm not sure what else to do.

I would suggest ignoring them the old-fashion way: don't engage with them. Don't read their posts or in-game messages and don't respond.

I find you to be a pretty good-hearted poster who comes across as genuinely caring about the game. I'm sorry you've been struggling, but keep in mind it can be difficult over text to properly gauge tone. Plus, some people like to bring out the snark and all you can do is shrug and move on.

Do you have any ticket numbers for your reports?

If so, we can check to ensure the reports are being investigated.

I have a screenshot of them. I submitted 8 reports and only 3 went through. The Forum Appeal is another report.

My advice is to ignore trolling, spam, and rude comments, directed at you or not. You cant stop people from being themselves, and if they are annoying enough, someone else will report them. Then the mods can decide.
