ESO+ 3 month sub: Free Crowns Question

I am considering buying a 3-month sub to ESO+ in the next couple of days. I would like to know when the monthly allotment of free crowns we get with ESO+ will show up. I'm not sure I got ANY last time I bought the 3-month sub, hence my question.

    They should appear as soon as the subscription starts, in a lump sum.

    You should get all 3 months worth in one go, as soon as the subscription activates. If you let it renew you should get the next 3 months worth as soon as it renews.

    If you don't get them contact customer support.
