Stuck in Cold Harbor - Over 2 Hours Now still waiting

I went through the second Cold Harbor Quest and talked to the prophet after I left. The game logged me out in the middle of that conversation and then I logged back in.

When I logged back in I was back in cold harbor but the Portal had disappeared and no way out. I started up a customer support chat about 20 minutes ago, still waiting for an agent.

If anyone sees this that can port me out of cold harbor back into the real world? I am in game now. The Foundry of Woe

Thanks, I'll also be watching this thread.

And the game just kicked me out, time to start the cycle again.... please help

Still stuck - I have started the customer support chat twice now because of disconnects. pretty sure it bumps me to the end of the line when that happens.

Would be grateful for any help, going on an hour since I got stuck.

I know it's not a fix....but..... If you're only in Cold Harbor why don't you just log out and make a new character......it'll take you 20 minutes to get back to where you were....and maybe it's just me...but....20 minutes of play time vs 3 hours of waiting on a fix for a 2nd or 3rd level character...... just sayin

You can actually teleport out to a wayshrine and restart the quest. I know its annoying but this is how I escaped my Coldharbor quest imprisonment.

I forget the exact process, but it involves opening the map and then clicking a button which brings up the actual world map I believe. If I remember right, it SEEMED like I couldnt get out to the world map, but there was an icon that allowed the map to zoom out.

This should allow you to escape and abandon quest to restart. When the game comes back online I could be more specific about the actual way to do so if you can't figure it out.

I believe he may be talking about Castle of the Worm Storyline quest - not the very beginning of the game. I was stuck there after dispatching Mannimarco's spirit, I tried to portal out - but appeared in the same place that I tried to leave from. Tried /reloadui several times, then logged out and back in - didn't work either. 20 mins later, the servers kicked me out - when I got back, I had all of the stuff I collected from inside the quest - but I was outside of the Harborage like I hadn't even started it =( The end fight was hard, too...darn it

Yeah, open up the map, and right click it to zoom out. You'll be able to access the wayshrines then. If you don't have the coin for that invite a friend to the party, and try to travel to them, might not allow you while instanced, but it is worth a try.

Ah, I see....I missed the "second" cold harbor quest....This makes waiting make much more sense

I thought I tried the right click on the map, I will try that when the servers come up. Thanks for the tip, hope that one works.
