    Excited to see what the endless dungeons are like, hopefully we get a sense of what the rewards are.

    If I can make a guess, U40 will launch on PTS right after the stream, and not the next Monday.
    I say this looking at past years Q4 release dates and usual PTS cycle duration.
    So we will soon discover about everything new.

    last year firesong was on pts on 19 September which was also a monday, it's always a monday as far as i know. so it'll just be the 18th this year. the stream is the thursday before which is pretty regular as well.

    @LunaFlora not always has PTS hit on Monday, there were occasions in which it hit right after the stream, I remember that but can't recall the specific updates numbers. Maybe one was during the Las Vegas presentation of Greymoor...

    Btw, I'm not saying I'm absolutely right, it's just an option come to mind since the stream is not on Friday, and November 6th/7th (7 and a half weeks later) should be the launch date on consoles, that usually happens 8 weeks after PTS starts.

    Why I expect that date for consoles U40? Because I always renew my Annual ESO+ right after the Q4 update, and it's going to expire around those days.

    Hard to imagine class sets in a game where every class is supposed to be able to fill every role. Also hard to find the right spot between useless and meta.

    I'm just repeating what I heard him say, and judging by the reaction of the others with him, they knew about the sets and he wasn't supposed to say anything yet.

    The theory is possibly 3-4 sets per class. Mag DPS, Stam DPS, Tank and Heals and that they will probably augment class skills, like arena weapons augment weapon skills.

    sure sometimes updates go to pts after the stream but the update 39 preview stream was on the monday the update hit pts.

    though just looking at the last few years of q4 updates
    markarth, deadlands, and firesong all went to pts on a monday.

    ICBB about starfield, ugh. I played the old Baldur's gate and It was fun but not my jam at the moment.

    I'd like this game to be properly tended to. Having to walk across Cyrodill still because I'm still in combat 20 minutes since by last attack is stupid.

    And the seizing up as soon as a ball group gets withing like 100m is amazingly annoying.

    I'd like to play the Horizon series on my Xbox, but that isn't happening anytime soon, so... "exclusive"

    Also, as for the dungeon, I get the feeling that it's not "randomly generated", so much as "randomly selected".
    Think of it more like Dragonstar Arena, with the environment, enemies and bosses changing with each round or wave.

    I'm hoping that the "sets" are more than just weapons which alter a single class ability, but that's probably what they will be. They seem to follow a pattern with every other year or so having an arena with weapons which alter a weapon ability, except this time it may be a class ability. I really hope it is more than that though.
