Why should they be easier to get? You don't have to stop running the dailies after you get the achievement. If you want more Swamp Jelly fragments keep doing the dailies.
sure, if it was only 45 to 60 times like with motifs from dailies. but 100 to 150 for only 7 pieces? that is truly excessive. especially, because you can't really run all his unique dailies in the same day.0
