Wayshrine travel to Cyrodiil not working anymore

I somehow can no longer go to the wayshrines in Cyrodiil (I have visited them).
I've tried turning off all my addons, restarting the game client, etc, but it doesn't fix a thing. It has been going on for a few hours now, and I'd like to do some pvping again.
I get the error that it "Failed to do the jump" or something like that, every time I try it. Sometimes the loading screen comes up before it happens, but every time I'm still at where I started.
I can still travel freely using wayshrines, as long as its not to Cyrodiil.
EDIT: Fixed by accessing Cyrodill through the Alliance Wars menu.
