Urgent - can't log into account need access code

I can't log into my account in game - it requests a code that has not been sent.
When I attempt to log into my account login on the main page to access my membership information/ billing, it does not recognise my login and does not send me an email to redo my password. My account may be compromised.
Need some urgent advice.

I have the exact same issue and can't login on the website account management either.

I'm having the same issue too. I try logging into the client and it tells me to enter an access code being sent to my email, though nothing ever comes. I then tried to log into the website directly and all it does is refresh the page. I'm on PC/NA if that means anything.
