I made 2 tickets at the beginning of Feb and responded to them as required and received a response that was unrelated to my original issue so I responded by asking if they sent the wrong response and then explaining the situation again and that was the end of it because the email was never responded to again by customer support. Eventually, I just gave up. I was literally ghosted by customer support mid-communication. Yes, I checked my spam folder. I read somewhere online that Bethesda customer support takes MONTHS to get any traction.
What was the issue? I think I lost some chromium and zircon platings while refining. Does it matter anymore? No.

Also they responded to my ticket by showing my ticket request text as "I need help." which I did not write that lol, I wrote a detailed explanation of the issue. So I asked if they had responded to the wrong ticket and then reiterated that detailed explanation again in my reply at which point all communication ended.
My main account was deactivated and I was sent a ticket about it on August 17th. I responded to the email about an hour after receiving it. I'm trying to get the account restored but have not received a response yet. The ticket number is 230817-005731.
