Is anyone else having issues with the base camp shrines? The map would come up after a second, but I can not zoom out to view the whole of Cyrodiil and can not select camps to teleport to when it does come up.
This issue has been going on for me since day one, and no amount of restarting, reloading the ui or reinstalling is helping.
