It would also be great if the click menu had a "Report Spam" option like some other games do; two clicks and report is sent, and user is ignored. As is, I know a lot of people are just ignoring them instead of reporting since reporting is too much of a hassle dealing with the Support interface.

Not to mention the tickets clog up the system for actual support issues that aren't tattling on rulebreakers. That guy stuck in a rock that can't get out or port to wayshrine gets to wait in line for after the gold seller tickets.
You make a very good point. Is all this reporting really worth screwing the guy over who is stuck in the world environment? Perhaps there is a way to partition the tickets so we actually have a "gold spam" option. That way, the people who see this will have a separate category to scan through and not have to ignore the people with real problems. I don't know how practical this is, but it is an idea
Great game anyway though. I'm loving it so far

I just found this and figured you could try it out:

Seems like that would cause some processing issues considering how much text there is in chat... but who knows.. it probably works very well!
Its exactly why Blizzard added the right click report feature.eq2imora_ESO wrote: »garion123ub17_ESO wrote: »Aside from just having an admin sitting in zone chat and banning each one as they appear, I'd suggest making the entire message right-clickable so you don't have to deal with any of the spammers' tricks hiding their names.

Would be nice to see a flat blanket ban of all gold spammers.
