I am familiar with 3, 5, 6, 9 and 10 and I approve!
I do keep music on in game because I like the ambience it provides. I just never knew that listening to game sounds tracks outside the game setting was a thing.

Then you should also check #7, you'll probably like "Gothic", "Shades of God", "Icon" and other albums :-)
I listen to many game and movie soundtracks a lot during work, helps with concentration. And lots of space ambient or dungeon synth too.

Same here, I have all the soundtracks up to High Isle, and created a playlist several hours long, which I've listened to many times.SilverBride wrote: »Do players really listen to game soundtracks when not playing?
I do. All the time.

I mean, we do. Have FF, TES+ESO, Dark Souls, Tales Of ___, Zelda, Baten Kaitos, Monster Hunter, etc. Basically if an orchestral version of a favorite song exists, we have it. haha

Guild Wars 2, Fallout series, Wizardry 8, Mass Effect series - another set of great game soundtracks.
Even some mods have amazing soundtracks to name only the Elder Scrolls related - Frederik Jonasson's work on music for Skyblivion and Skywind, Daniel Ran's soundtrack for Beyond Bruma and Black Marsh.
BTW. You can find all the stuff above on Spotify.
Anyway, @ZOS_GinaBruno any news on the Necrom soundtrack?
