Pledge of Mara and Char Customization questions

Pledge of Mara :
1) Once done, are the rings account bound or character bound?
2) If character bound, how likely is it to get the pledge back via support ticket?

Between the 1st character creation not zooming in and my friend having what appears to be a bugged character (She apparently spawned at the wrong place after the first Oblivion section), I tried having her fast travel to me to Bleakrock (She couldn't use the docks for w/e reason) to get things working but she does not have a story quest or the prophet in the starting house. Between those two things, we both want to make new characters but do not want to forgo the XP boost.

Character Customization:
Is it ever planned for an option to change the characters FULL LOOKS (not just hair etc) at a later date? Paid or not.

True but, did you pledge to each other? Are you both going to delete and make new characters? If that is the case then only one of you used the Pledge of Mara this first time around. You each got one but only one was needed. If you make sure to not delete the one that your partner has left, you can both make new characters. Just make sure that next time around the person with that still has the Pledge uses it for the ceremony. This would work if you pledge to each other on these toons and one of you still has their remaining Pledge somewhere in their bank or inventory.

It would work, however, I pledged first and the animation played but no rings, so she pledged and BAM 2 rings... So yeah, there goes that option. I'll just take my chance at a ticket.

I hope they give us a way to get additional Pledges of Mara at a later point. I'm ok with it being bound by character, but I have friends who play in different alliances so I have more than one "main" character and I'd like my main for each of them to be able to share the rings with one of my friends who plays in that faction.

I share your second question. My first character had the no zoom problem and while I got her look close enough to what I want, it'd be nice to fine-tune it.

Yeah its one of the worst fears I have, thinking its perfect then getting in game and a few hours later nick picking it and not being able to change it. So not being able to zoom in, made it super hard to get it to the point I wouldn't nick pick. Most MMOs allow you to change that now, even if you have to pay for it.

Yeah that non-zoom on the face bug annoyed me as well. I knew that it was possible to zoom from the beta, so I made a char, deleted it and made another and 'Lo and Behold! Could zoom on the face. The option where you see your character after the cinematic video where they rise up and you create them was never in the beta, so I guess it went unnoticed.

I agree that it must really suck for your friend because I know how much I am picky about character appearance too
